Walk a property, tap a condition for each item, photograph what matters, and export a branded PDF. Check-out reports carry the check-in record forward, so every item shows a before and after.

Snag your own new-build handover

An inspector charges hundreds to walk your new apartment and write down what is wrong with it. SnagProof walks you through it yourself, tells you what to look at and why, and keeps track of the developer for the whole liability period.

Proof the damage was already there

Rental desks charge for marks that were on the car before you got it. KeyProof walks you around it at the counter and again at the return desk, and hands you a dated record with every photograph fingerprinted.

Offline first

A tool that stops working in an empty basement is not a tool. Data lives on the device, so nothing waits on a connection.

You own your work

No account unless the app genuinely needs one, and no copy of your work sitting on someone else's server by default.

Honest pricing

A free tier you can actually use, one clear paid tier, and no drip of paid add-ons for things that should be included.

Small on purpose

One job done properly beats ten done adequately. Every feature has to earn the complexity it adds.
