jiea builds and runs a small number of products for people whose work happens on site: property managers and inventory clerks, shop and warehouse teams, counting crews and IT departments.

How work is done

Built for one job

Each product starts from a single task done away from a desk: an inspection, a stock count, an asset audit. Features that do not serve that task are left out.

Tested in the room it is for

Basements, cold rooms and empty flats with no signal. If it does not work there, it is not finished.

Released when ready

Versions ship when they are complete and tested, with release notes that say what changed. There is no fixed calendar.

Supported directly

Support questions go to the person who wrote the code, by email. Product sites carry help pages, FAQs and release notes.
